Чим відрізняються Piloted і Duo?

Piloted. Details

Details

Details

Details

Details

Details

Can my account get banned for boosting?

The risk is real and we won't pretend otherwise - boosting is against Valve's rules. We reduce it with a VPN of your region, appear-offline mode and a strict no-cheats, no-third-party-software policy. Duo is the safer mode: the account never leaves your hands. Details

Do I have to share my Steam password?

No, and we never ask for it. In Piloted the booster signs in via a QR code you approve in the Steam app; Steam Guard stays on. In Duo and coaching there is no account access at all. Details

How long does a rank boost take?

Around 3-5 matches per sub-rank, with one booster playing 8-12 matches a day. The calculator gives an estimate for your bracket; the exact ETA is set by the booster who takes the order. Priority cuts the wait. Details

How do I pay?

With PayPal - from your PayPal balance or a card linked to it; you pay on PayPal's side, we never see or store your card details. Or with crypto through the OxaPay service: USDT, BTC, ETH, TON and more coins, no fee. Details

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Open a dispute inside the order before confirming it. Support reviews the chat and the order's match history and settles the dispute, up to a partial or full refund. The price and target rank are fixed in the order, so the booster delivers the agreed sub-rank regardless of swings along the way. Details

Do you sell Deadlock accounts?

No. A bought account can be recovered by the original owner or banned, and everything you paid disappears with it. We boost the account you already own instead - see /en/guides/buy-deadlock-account-vs-rank-boost for the full comparison. Details

Can I play on my account during a boost?

Yes, taking turns with the booster and outside ranked. Points you lose in your own ranked matches are won back only for an extra payment. Details

Can I pick which heroes the booster plays?

Yes, the "Your heroes" option limits the booster to heroes you choose. It costs more because it narrows the pool, but the match history on your account stays believable. Details

How many placement matches are there in Deadlock?

Eight, all solo. They open at the start of each season after the soft rating reset. Details

Can placements calibrate me straight into Eternus?

No. Since the 2026-07-30 patch the calibration ceiling is Oracle VI. Anything above that takes a rank boost through regular ranked matches. Details

Why is this service Piloted only?

Placement matches are strictly solo queue - there is no way for a booster to join them in a party with you. Details

When does Season 2 start?

Beta Season 1 ends on November 5, 2026 at 2pm Pacific (22:00 UTC), and per Valve the next season starts right after. If your account has not calibrated in Season 1 yet, the booster can start right away. Details

I've already played a few placements - can you finish the rest?

Yes. Set how many matches remain in the calculator; you pay $10 per match for exactly the games left. Details

Which is better - a win boost or a rank boost?

If you want a specific sub-rank, take a rank boost: the price there is fixed for the result. Wins are the better deal when you need a handful of matches or a streak, not a guaranteed rank. Details

Do losses count?

No. The order closes when the paid number of wins is reached; losses along the way don't count against you. Details

How many wins can I order?

From 1 to 50 in a single order. Need more - place a second order, or price out a rank boost instead. Details

Can we play together?

Yes, in Duo mode. The booster is matched to your current rank, because ranked duo is limited to one rank bracket since the 2026-07-30 patch. Details

Do I have to hand over my account?

Only in Piloted, and even then never with a password - the booster signs in via a QR code you approve in the Steam app. In Duo the account stays entirely with you. Details

How many wins does ranked require in Deadlock?

60 wins in Standard plus 3 heroes with 15 wins each. The requirement arrived with the 2026-07-30 matchmaking update. Details

Can I choose the heroes?

Yes - tell the booster in the order chat which three heroes to build the wins on. No preference given, the booster picks from their own pool. Details

How long does the unlock take?

One booster lands 10-14 matches a day, so the full 60 wins take about a week. Priority makes it faster. Details

Is Duo available?

Yes - Standard has no party restrictions. You play yourself while the booster carries the matches with you. Details

What's next once ranked is open?

Placements: 8 solo matches that set your starting rank, up to the Oracle VI calibration ceiling. They're available as a separate service. Details

Can I already order a boost on a specific hero?

Yes, through a rank boost with the "Your heroes" option. A dedicated per-hero leaderboard service comes later. Details

Does Deadlock have per-hero ratings?

Yes - since the 2026-07-30 update every hero has its own regional top-1000 leaderboard. Details

How many hours do I need?

One hour covers a review of one or two replays plus a written plan. A noticeable shift usually takes 3-5 hours spread over a week or two. Details

What do I actually get after a session?

A written plan: the mistakes found, the fixes, and what to drill before the next session. The voice call is where it's explained; the plan is what you keep. Details

Do I hand over my account?

No. Coaching involves no account access at all - you play every match yourself. It's the only service with zero exposure to Valve's boosting rules. Details

Can I split the hours?

Yes. Hours from one order are scheduled across as many sessions as you and the coach agree on in the order chat. Details

How do I know the coach is actually Eternus?

Every coach verifies their peak rank by Steam ID before they can take orders, and you see the verified rank on the order. Details

How much does an Eternus boost cost?

It depends on where you start: the total is the sum of every sub-rank between your current bracket and the target. A sub-rank at Eternus itself is $80, and the calculator shows the full breakdown for your range before checkout. Details

Can placements calibrate me into Eternus?

No. The calibration ceiling is Oracle VI since the 2026-07-30 patch. Everything above Oracle is earned in regular ranked matches, which is exactly what this service covers. Details

Who plays orders at this level?

Only boosters with a verified Eternus peak - they confirm the rank by Steam ID before taking orders. That pool is small, which is the honest reason top-bracket orders queue longer. Details

Can Eternus decay after the boost?

Eternus is a percentile rank recalculated daily, so holding it long-term depends on your own play. The order delivers the target sub-rank and you confirm it; what we fix is the price and the result at hand-off, not the ladder's daily math. Details

Is Duo available for an Eternus boost?

Only if you're already in the same bracket as the target - ranked parties are limited to one rank. For most of the climb Piloted is the realistic mode. Details

How long does it take?

Slower than mid-ladder: matches above Oracle run longer and the booster pool is thin. The booster who takes the order sets the ETA, and Priority moves you to the front of their queue. Details

Will my rank go up during a duo evening?

It may, but we don't promise it: you are buying hours of duo play. For a guaranteed target rank take a rank boost in Duo mode. Details

Can we play ranked together if our ranks differ?

Ranked duo in Deadlock is limited to one rank, so the booster is matched to your current rank - that's why you set it at checkout. Details

Do I share my account?

No. You play on your account, the booster plays on theirs. Details

Can I spread the hours over several days?

A package is meant for one evening. If you want hours on a schedule, look at coaching - its hours can be split across days. Details

How many matches should I send?

Two or three are enough: mistakes repeat from match to match and are easier to spot across several games than in one. Details

How fast will the review arrive?

A booster needs roughly an evening per 2-3 matches. The calculator shows the exact ETA when you pick the number of matches. Details

How many placement matches will Season 2 have?

By Season 1 rules, 8 solo matches with an Oracle VI ceiling. There is no separate Season 2 announcement yet; we will update this guide when the patch notes are out. Details

What if I miss the season start?

Nothing is lost: calibration begins with your first ranked match of the season, not on a calendar date. The leaderboard needs 75 matches in the last 30 days, so you can enter it at any point. Details

Valve extended Season 1 to November 5, 2026 (22:00 UTC), and the next season starts right after. Why doesn't my rank move at a 50% win rate?

Wins and losses cancel out and points net to zero. You only climb above 50%, and the closer you are to 50%, the more matches it takes. Details

Does the math include the win streak bonus?

No, it uses a flat 300 points. Streaks from the third win in a row add 70 to 130 points and shorten the climb. Details

Yes. Nobody has been banned for boosting in Deadlock, there is no precedent; in Piloted we keep the account careful (VPN of your region, no software), while Duo and coaching break no rules at all — and in every case the account, inventory and history remain yours, with a dispute process if the order goes wrong.
