Public Offer for DeadBoost Services
This is the agreement you enter into when you pay for an order on deadboost.com. It sets out what we do, for what price and within what time, how the result is accepted, which risks you take on and what we are responsible for. This English text is a translation provided for information; the agreement is concluded in Russian, and if the texts differ, the Russian version applies.
Document version
Version 1.7 of 17.10.2026. The current version is published at https://deadboost.com/offer.
An order is governed by the version in effect at the time it was paid. The version number and date are saved in the order.
The Contractor keeps previous versions and sends them within 10 days on request to contact@deadboost.com.
1. Terms
- “Contractor” — Individual Entrepreneur Nikolai Karelin. Provides services through the website deadboost.com. Details are in section 25.
- “Website” — deadboost.com and its subdomains.
- “Customer” — an individual who has placed and paid for an Order.
- “Service” — one of the services in section 3.
- “Booster” — an independent player engaged by the Contractor to provide the Service. Works under a pseudonym and is not an employee of the Contractor.
- “Order” — a request on the Website with the Service parameters, the price snapshot and the amount payable.
- “Price snapshot” — the parameters, options, promo code, total amount and currency saved in the Order at checkout.
- “Piloted” — the mode in which the Booster plays on the Customer's account.
- “Duo” — the mode in which the Customer plays personally in a party with the Booster. Sign-in data is not shared.
- “Order chat” — the conversation inside the Order between the Customer, the Booster and the Contractor's staff.
- “Personal account” — the section of the Website available after registration.
- “Progress log” — the record of work on the Order: matches on the Customer's game account during the Order, their results and rank changes. The Website receives this data automatically from game statistics for the account linked to the Order.
2. Who the contractor is and who boosters are
The contractor under the agreement is Individual Entrepreneur Nikolai Karelin. The Customer enters into the agreement with the Contractor, not with the Booster. The Contractor sets the price, accepts payment to its own account, distributes Orders and resolves disputes. The Contractor is responsible to the Customer for the quality and timing of the Service to the extent established by the laws of Georgia.
To provide the Services, the Contractor engages third parties — independent Boosters. The Customer agrees to such engagement. The Booster acts under a pseudonym and is paid by the Contractor. How the Contractor settles with the Booster is the Contractor's internal matter. It does not affect the Customer's rights, the scope of the Service or the refund amount.
The Contractor is not the owner of an aggregator of information about services: the Customer pays the Contractor and makes claims against the Contractor.
Information about the Booster needed to consider the Customer's claims is provided by the Contractor on request to contact@deadboost.com.
The Contractor is not affiliated with Valve Corporation and does not act on its behalf.
3. Services and additional options
The Contractor provides in-game assistance and coaching services in the game Deadlock (Valve). The Customer chooses the contents of the Service in the calculator on the Website. They are recorded in the Order.
The scope of each Service is measurable and verified against the progress log.
The Services are provided remotely over the internet: there is no physical delivery, the result appears on the Customer's game account and is recorded in the progress log. A Service can be ordered from any country where the Customer has access to the game Deadlock and to the Website.
- Rank boost — raising the rating from the current sub-rank to the sub-rank specified in the Order. Modes: Piloted, Duo.
- Placement matches — playing the number of placement matches specified in the Order. Mode: Piloted only.
- Win boost — the number of wins in ranked mode specified in the Order at the Customer's current rank. Modes: Piloted, Duo.
- Ranked unlock — meeting Valve's requirements for access to Ranked (wins in the standard mode and wins on heroes) to the extent specified in the Order. Modes: Piloted, Duo.
- Hero boost — rating on a selected character; the scope is specified in the Order. The service is available if it is shown in the calculator on the Website.
- Coaching — one-on-one voice sessions with a Booster and game reviews, for the number of hours specified in the Order. Account access is neither shared nor required.
- “Priority” — the Order goes into work ahead of the other Orders of the Booster who took it; the estimated time is reduced by roughly a third. The option does not guarantee faster pick-up of the Order from the exchange. Available for all services.
- “Stream” — by agreement the Booster streams the sessions on an external service and shares the link in the order chat. The Website has no streaming tools. If no stream was held, the Customer may demand a refund of the option surcharge. Piloted only.
- “Appear offline” — playing with the Steam profile set to “offline” so that account activity is not shown to the Customer's friends. Confirmed by the Order history and the order chat. Piloted only.
- “Your heroes” — the Booster plays only the characters chosen by the Customer. Piloted only.
- “Specific booster” — the Order is assigned to a Booster who has worked with the Customer before. Piloted only.
- The surcharge for each option is shown in the calculator before payment and recorded in the price snapshot. As of this version: “Priority” +30%, “Stream” +20%, “Your heroes” +15%, “Specific booster” +10%, “Appear offline” at no extra charge.
4. How the agreement is concluded
This document is a public offer: a proposal to enter into an agreement on these terms addressed to any Customer.
Acceptance consists of two actions by the Customer: ticking the box agreeing to this Offer at checkout and paying for the Order. Browsing the Website, calculating a price in the calculator and registering are not acceptance and do not create an agreement.
Consent to the Offer is given separately from consent to the processing of personal data and separately from consent to mailings.
The Order stores the date and time of acceptance, the Offer version number and date, and the price snapshot. On request to contact@deadboost.com the Contractor sends the Customer the text of the version they agreed to.
The agreement is a public contract: the terms are the same for all Customers.
5. Age and payment method
An Order is placed and paid for by a person aged 18 or over, with their own payment method.
An Order for the benefit of a person under 18 is placed and paid for by their legal guardian in the guardian's own name.
The Contractor does not verify the Customer's age. If it becomes known that an Order was paid for by a person under 18, the Contractor stops providing the Service and refunds the amount paid in full, without deductions, within 10 days.
6. Price, discounts and promo codes
The price is calculated on the Website from the chosen parameters. The Contractor's server recalculates it independently and saves the result in the Order as the price snapshot. After payment the Order price does not change — neither by the Contractor's decision nor because of changes to the price list on the Website.
The Order currency — Russian rubles or US dollars — is determined by the Website based on the language version and signs of the visitor's region: a visit from Russia, the device time zone. The currency and amount are shown to the Customer before payment and recorded in the price snapshot. For some visitors the US dollar price is calculated from the ruble price list at the Contractor's exchange rate at the time the Order is placed; after the Order is placed it does not change.
Before confirming payment, the Customer is shown the total amount to be charged and the currency. If the charge currency differs from the currency of the Customer's card account, the conversion is done by the Customer's bank at its own rate. The exchange rate difference is not part of the Service price.
- A promo code gives a percentage discount and is applied before payment. It cannot be combined with another promo code.
- A promo code is considered used from the moment an Order is placed with it. If the Order was not paid, the Customer may write to contact@deadboost.com — the Contractor restores the promo code or issues an equivalent one within 3 business days.
- “Daily discount” — one promo code per visitor per 24 hours. The limit is counted per account and per device (cookie); for unregistered visitors the number of attempts from one network address is additionally limited. The promo code is valid for 48 hours from issue, gives a discount of 5 to 20% and can be used once.
- A promo code obtained in circumvention of these rules is cancelled by the Contractor before it is applied to an Order — with notice to the Customer stating the reason. The Customer may challenge the cancellation by writing to contact@deadboost.com.
- A promo code already applied to a paid Order is not cancelled. The price of such an Order is not recalculated.
- Discount rules are not applied retroactively.
- A volume discount, if provided by the price list, is applied automatically and shown in the price snapshot.
- Discounts do not stack: if an Order qualifies for both a volume discount and a discount from a promo code, partner code or Contractor promotion, the larger one applies.
- Promo codes, partner codes, Contractor promotions and payment with souls do not apply to the Duo evening, Coaching and Replay review services.
7. Payment and proof of payment
Payment is made in a single amount before the Service begins. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments through the PayPal payment service (paypal.com) — from a PayPal balance or a card linked to the PayPal account — are accepted on behalf of the Contractor by its payment collection agent Individual Entrepreneur Yaroslav Spaskyi (Georgia); the Customer sees the agent's name on the payment page and in the PayPal confirmation. The Customer enters card details on PayPal's side; the Contractor neither receives nor stores them. PayPal is available for Orders in US dollars; a 5% payment service fee is charged on top of the Order amount and is shown on the payment button before the Customer proceeds to payment.
The charge is made in the settlement currency of the payment service. The total amount and currency of the charge are shown to the Customer before payment is confirmed. If the charge currency differs from the Order currency, the rate at the time of payment is applied by the payment service; the exchange rate difference is not part of the Service price and is not withheld from a refund.
The payment appears on the bank statement as PAYPAL *DEADBOOST.
Cryptocurrency payments are accepted by the OxaPay (oxapay.com) payment service. The invoice is issued for the Order amount in the Order currency; the Customer chooses the coin and network on the service's page, and the service shows the transfer amount in cryptocurrency at its own rate. The amount and the transfer address are valid until the invoice expiry shown on the payment page; an invoice not paid in time is cancelled, and a new one is created for payment. The price of the Service stays in the currency fixed in the price snapshot; the exchange difference is not part of it.
The OxaPay service fee is paid by the Contractor. The network fee for the transfer and the fee of the wallet or exchange the transfer is sent from are paid by the Customer: the full invoice amount must be credited.
A cryptocurrency payment is considered made when the service that issued the invoice has confirmed receipt of the full invoice amount. If less was received and the service closed the invoice as underpaid or held the funds under its AML check, the Order is not taken into work, and the funds received and available to the Contractor are returned under the refund procedure. Any excess over the invoice amount is returned at the Customer's request under the same procedure.
Blockchain transfers are irreversible. The Customer sends the transfer only in the network, with the coin and to the address shown on the payment page. Funds sent otherwise may not be credited by the service; the Contractor helps to trace them through the service but is not responsible for crediting them.
On receiving payment and on each refund, the Contractor sends the Customer an electronic proof of payment (or refund) to the email address in the Personal account.
Fees of the Customer's bank, if any, are not part of the Service price and are not withheld from a refund.
Until payment the Order has the awaiting-payment status and creates no obligations.
8. Payment checks and limits
Payment is made with a payment method belonging to the Customer.
If anti-fraud rules are triggered, the Contractor may, before work starts, request confirmation that the payment method belongs to the Customer and suspend the Order for no more than 3 business days, notifying the Customer in the order chat.
If no confirmation is received, the Order is cancelled and the amount paid is refunded in full by the same method.
The maximum amount of one Order is 200 000 ₽ / 2 400 $.
A suspension under this section is not a ground to refuse a refund and does not extend the refund periods in section 17.
9. Service time
The time is agreed before payment. It is calculated on the Website from the chosen parameters, shown to the Customer before acceptance and saved in the Order together with the price snapshot.
The maximum time for providing the Service is 30 calendar days from payment. For Orders with the “Priority” option — 20 days.
When taking an Order, the Booster may only state a shorter time. A longer time is agreed with the Customer in the order chat with their express consent. Without such consent the Customer may cancel the Service and receive the full amount paid.
If no Booster takes the Order into work within 24 hours of payment, the Contractor refunds the amount paid in full — without a request from the Customer and without a dispute.
The period is suspended for the time during which the Service objectively could not be provided because of circumstances depending on the Customer: no access to the account, the Customer logged into the game on the account at the same time as the Booster, failure to attend an agreed session in Duo or coaching. The suspension starts from the moment the Contractor notified the Customer in the order chat and is recorded in the Order. It is the Contractor who must prove such circumstances and their duration.
If a suspension due to circumstances depending on the Customer lasts 14 consecutive calendar days, the Contractor may close the Order. If the Customer asked for a pause until a certain date, this period is counted from that date. Two days before closing, the Contractor sends a reminder in the order chat; if the Customer gets in touch during that time and is ready to continue, the work continues. Once the Order is closed, the Booster is released and the Order's price and time no longer apply. Settlement for the completed part and the refund of the balance follow section 16.
If the game or Valve's servers are unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, the Customer may agree a new time or withdraw from the agreement under section 16. The Contractor may extend the time on this ground only with the Customer's consent.
10. How the work proceeds
After payment the Order is placed on the Contractor's internal exchange and becomes available to Boosters — without the Customer's personal data. A Booster takes the Order independently. The Contractor may assign or replace the Booster by its own decision, including at the Customer's request.
Progress is visible in the Order: the progress log, updated automatically from game data, and the order chat.
The Parties agree the time of Duo and coaching sessions in the order chat. In Piloted mode the Customer may state in the order chat the hours during which playing on the account is not allowed — the Contractor must respect them.
Access to the order chat, including everything shared in it, is available to: the Booster assigned to the Order and the Contractor's staff (support and administration) — including outside the dispute procedure, to accompany the Order and for quality control. A support employee may be present in the chat without sending messages. The administration's actions with the Order are recorded in the log.
If the Booster is replaced, the new Booster keeps access to the entire previous order chat history. An open QR sign-in request of the previous Booster is closed, and the new Booster sends their own QR code. The Contractor notifies the Customer of the replacement. The Customer may sign out of all devices in the Steam Guard settings to end the previous Booster's session.
The Contractor keeps the order chat history, progress log data and the price snapshot for at least two years from acceptance of the result and presents them in a dispute review.
11. Signing in to the account (Piloted only)
This is the actual state of affairs. The Customer accepts the Service in Piloted mode knowing it.
The Booster signs in to the account with a QR code: they post in the Order an image of the sign-in QR code from their Steam client, the Customer scans it in the Steam mobile app (Steam Guard section) and confirms the sign-in. The Customer does not share the login, password or Steam Guard codes. QR sign-in requires the Steam Guard mobile authenticator.
The QR code image is stored on the Contractor's server while the sign-in request is open and is deleted after the sign-in is confirmed, cancelled, replaced with a new code or after 10 minutes. It is accessible to the Customer, the engaged Booster and the Contractor's staff. Actions with the sign-in request are recorded in the Order log and in the order chat.
The Contractor does not use encrypted credential storage and does not claim otherwise. If the Customer nevertheless sends credentials as a message in the order chat, they are stored in the Order history together with the rest of the conversation as plain text; they are not automatically hidden or deleted.
Steam Guard stays enabled: QR sign-in is impossible without confirmation in the Customer's app.
The Contractor recommends signing out of all devices in the Steam Guard settings after the Order is completed — this ends the Booster's session.
The Customer does not share payment details linked to the account, account recovery codes or data of other accounts. The Contractor does not request them.
The Booster and the Contractor's staff are prohibited from requesting the login, password, Steam Guard codes and recovery codes — in the order chat or outside it. The Customer should decline such a request and report it to contact@deadboost.com. The Contractor is liable for the actions of the engaged Booster, including requesting or obtaining the Customer's sign-in data, as for its own. The Contractor is not liable for the Customer sharing data with persons the Contractor did not engage to provide the Service.
The Contractor does not connect web analytics to the Order pages and the Personal account.
Duo and coaching do not require signing in to the Customer's account.
The Customer's data is shared with the Booster on the basis of a personal data processing instruction concluded between the Contractor and the Booster. Details are in the Personal Data Processing Policy: https://deadboost.com/privacy.
12. Risk from Valve and what happens to the money
This is an essential property of the Service. It is disclosed before the agreement is concluded.
Sharing account access with a third party and a third party playing on the account violate the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Valve's rules. Piloted mode is such a violation.
The consequences may include: a ban of the Steam account or game profile, restricted access to ranked mode, a rollback or reset of the rating, loss of the in-game inventory, other measures by Valve.
These decisions are made by Valve. The Contractor does not control them, does not contest them and cannot reverse them.
By placing an Order in Piloted mode, the Customer accepts this risk knowingly.
Accepting the risk does not release the Contractor from liability for harm caused by a breach of the agreed working procedure: use of cheats and any third-party software, playing during hours the Customer prohibited in the order chat, changing account settings or data without the Customer's consent, purchases and transfers of inventory, disclosure of the Customer's data.
Duo and coaching do not involve handing over the account. This section does not apply to them.
- A restriction was applied by Valve before the Booster started work — the amount paid is refunded in full.
- A restriction was applied during the work and the Contractor did not breach the agreed working procedure — the amount for the part of the Service not provided is refunded, calculated from the progress log. The Contractor documents the scope of the completed part.
- The restriction arose because the Contractor or the Booster breached the agreed working procedure — the full amount paid is refunded and losses are compensated in full.
- A rollback or reset of the rating by Valve's decision — the Service is considered not provided in the corresponding part.
- In all cases it is the Contractor who must prove the absence of its fault.
13. What the Contractor promises and does not promise
- Promises: to achieve the result specified in the Order — the sub-rank, the number of wins, meeting the requirements for access to ranked mode, the number of placement matches or coaching hours.
- Ranked matches that the Customer played on the account themselves before the work on the Order is finished are not part of the result. A rank boost is done when the Booster has raised the rating by the paid number of sub-ranks with their own matches, even if the target sub-rank is not reached because of the Customer's matches; what was lost in the Customer's matches can be won back for an extra payment at calculator prices. A placement match played by the Customer counts toward the number of matches in the Order. The Contractor shows which matches the Customer played with the progress log and the order chat.
- Promises: not to change the price after payment; to meet the agreed time; to work without cheats and third-party software; to play from a game server in the Customer's region; to work without abnormal jumps in pace; to play with the profile set to “offline” when this option is chosen; to respect the hours during which the Customer prohibited play; to keep the Order history for at least two years; to handle disputes and refund money under section 17.
- Does not promise: that the rating achieved will be retained after the Order is completed; that matchmaking rules, game content, the rank system and the requirements for access to ranked mode will not change; the absence of measures by Valve; a particular style or level of play of opponents and teammates.
- If the result is not achieved within the agreed time, the Customer exercises the rights under section 17.
- If after payment Valve changes the game rules, the rank system or the access requirements so that the agreed scope of the Service becomes impossible, the Parties may agree a new scope and price. Without agreement the Customer may withdraw from the agreement and get a refund for the part not provided. If the Contractor withdraws from the agreement, it refunds the full amount paid and compensates losses in full.
14. Customer's obligations
- Provide accurate data needed to provide the Service. Telegram, Discord, social media links, bio and avatar are optional. Refusing to provide them is not a ground to refuse to conclude or perform the agreement.
- In Piloted mode — not to log into the game on the account at the same time as the Booster, not to end their session and not to change the password during the work without a message in the order chat.
- In Piloted mode — to confirm the Booster's sign-in with the QR code from the Order in the Steam mobile app. Not to share the login and password.
- Not to demand from the Booster cheats, macros or other third-party software, or actions that violate the game rules beyond the fact of playing on the account itself.
- In rank boost and placement Orders — not to play ranked matches on the account themselves until the work on the Order is finished: neither in Piloted nor in Duo outside the agreed sessions. Consequences are set out in section 13.
- In Duo and coaching — to attend the agreed sessions or give advance notice.
- Not to obtain promo codes in circumvention of the rules in section 6.
- A breach of the obligations in this section is not in itself a ground to refuse a refund of the amount paid.
15. Acceptance of the result
When the work is finished, the Order moves to the awaiting-confirmation status. The Customer checks the result and confirms the Order in the Personal account.
The 72-hour period runs from the moment the notification of completion is sent to the Customer's email address in the Personal account. The fact and time of the notification are recorded in the Order. If no notification is sent, the period does not run.
If within 72 hours the Customer has neither confirmed the result nor opened a dispute, the Contractor may confirm the Order on the Customer's behalf and settle with the engaged Booster. The Customer is notified of such confirmation in the Order.
Confirmation — by the Customer or on the Customer's behalf — does not by itself recognize the quality of the Service and does not deprive the Customer of the right to raise claims about defects within the period set in section 17. Section 17 also applies after the Order is confirmed.
16. Customer's withdrawal from the Service
The Customer may withdraw from the Service at any time before it is completed. A message in the order chat or an email to contact@deadboost.com is enough.
The agreement is concluded at a distance, so a consumer Customer may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days of conclusion without giving any reason. This does not cancel or limit the withdrawal right in the previous paragraph — the Customer uses whichever is more favourable.
The law provides an exception: if the Service has been provided in full and the Customer consented to it being provided within those 14 days before the work started, the right to withdraw without reason ends when the Service is fully provided. The Customer gives that consent when placing the Order, and it is recorded together with the acceptance of the Offer.
If the Customer withdrew before the Booster started work, the amount paid is refunded in full.
In other cases the Customer pays only the costs actually incurred by the Contractor in providing the Service. The Contractor documents the amount of costs: with the progress log, the order chat history and data on the completed scope. The Contractor sends the calculation to the Customer.
The costs actually incurred cannot exceed the cost of the actually completed part of the Service according to the progress log.
The following are not costs actually incurred: the payment provider fee, an organizational or service fee of the Contractor, the Booster's fee for scope not delivered.
The refund period is 10 days from the day the Contractor receives the withdrawal. A separate refund request is not needed.
If the Order is closed under section 9 because the Customer did not get in touch or did not give access for 14 days, the settlement is the same: the Customer pays only the costs actually incurred for the completed part, and the balance is refunded. The balance is refunded within 10 days from the day the Customer asks for a refund by email to contact@deadboost.com and, for cryptocurrency payments, also gives an address for the refund. If the Customer wants to continue, they place a new Order at the prices on the day it is placed; the balance can be counted towards its payment by agreement by email.
17. Disputes, claims and refunds
Before the Order is confirmed, the Customer may open a dispute in the Order. The dispute is reviewed by the Contractor's administration within 10 days, but no more than 10 days if the demand is monetary.
Following the dispute, the Contractor either continues providing the Service or refunds the amount paid in full.
A demand for a price reduction, reimbursement of the costs of remedying defects and other demands provided by Georgian consumer protection law are made by the Customer in a claim — they are considered outside the dispute procedure in the Order.
After the Order is confirmed, including confirmation on the Customer's behalf, claims about defects of the Service are made to contact@deadboost.com or in the order chat within 30 calendar days from the day of confirmation. This period reflects that the result of the Service is fully verifiable at acceptance: the achieved rank, the number of wins and the sessions held are visible in the progress log and the Order history. The fact that the dispute button is unavailable in the interface after confirmation does not limit the Customer's rights.
If no claims are received within this period, the Service is deemed accepted without remarks and provided properly, and the amount paid is not refundable on grounds related to defects or the course of performance. A hold of the Order for payment verification (section 8), unavailability of the game or Valve servers (section 9), replacement of the Booster and other events in the course of performance do not extend this period: they are recorded in the Order log and visible to the Customer at acceptance.
The period in this section does not limit the rights that imperative norms of the law of the Customer's country of residence grant to the consumer beyond the terms of the Offer, and does not apply to defects the Contractor deliberately concealed.
The burden of proving the quality of the Service and the absence of fault lies with the Contractor. It presents the order chat history, progress log and the price snapshot. The Customer's lack of video recordings or screenshots is not a ground to refuse review.
The administration's dispute decision is an internal procedure of the Contractor. It is not final and does not limit the Customer's rights. Opening a dispute does not prevent sending a claim at the same time.
Reviewing a dispute inside the Order does not suspend or extend the periods established by Georgian law for handling consumer demands.
- If the deadline is missed — at the Customer's choice: a new deadline, a price reduction, having the Service performed by a third party at the Contractor's expense with reimbursement of costs, withdrawal from the agreement with compensation for losses.
- If the Service has defects — at the Customer's choice: remedying them free of charge, a price reduction, repeat provision of the Service, reimbursement of the costs of remedying them by the Customer or a third party. If a defect is material or not remedied in time — withdrawal from the agreement and a refund of the amount paid.
- A claim is sent to contact@deadboost.com or to the order chat. The Contractor responds and satisfies monetary claims within 10 days of receipt. A claim is not a mandatory condition for going to court.
- Refunds are made in money by the same method used for payment, with a refund receipt. The Contractor instructs the payment service through which the payment was made to process the refund no later than 10 days from receipt of the demand. The time for crediting the Customer's account is determined by their bank. If a refund by the original method is technically impossible (closed card, unavailable payment method), the Contractor agrees another monetary refund method with the Customer within the same period.
- With the Customer's separate consent, the amount may be credited to their balance on the Website. Without such consent refunds in bonuses, promo codes or to an internal balance are not made.
- The refund amount is calculated from the amount actually paid by the Customer. The internal distribution of the payment between the Contractor and the Booster does not affect it. The payment provider fee is not withheld from the refund.
- For a delayed refund the Customer may claim compensation for the losses caused by the delay.
- Refunds and dispute resolution are not conditional on removing or changing a review, refraining from publicly rating the Service or any other actions of the Customer regarding their reviews and publications.
18. If the Customer has disputed the payment with a bank
If the Customer has asked their bank to dispute the payment, the Contractor suspends a voluntary refund under this Offer until the dispute procedure is completed and notifies the Customer.
Refund amounts under the Offer and following the bank dispute are not added together.
Contacting the bank does not limit the Customer's rights under section 17 and is not a condition of a refund.
19. Liability of the Parties
The Contractor's liability is determined by the laws of Georgia. This Offer does not limit it either to the Order amount or to any other cap.
The Customer's losses are compensated in full. To confirm the amount of damage the Parties use, in particular: Steam receipts for lost items, documents on the cost of restoring access, the cost of the paid and undelivered part of the Service, an appraiser's report. The list of evidence is not exhaustive and does not limit the amount of compensation.
The Contractor is released from liability if it proves that the harm arose from the Customer's actions: signing in to the account during the Booster's work, sharing sign-in data with third parties, confirming a sign-in with a QR code not obtained from the Order, changing the password or ending the Booster's session without notice. The burden of proving the absence of fault and of a causal link lies with the Contractor.
The Customer does not waive and cannot be forced to waive the rights granted to them by Georgian consumer protection law, or compensation for the harm caused.
The Parties are not liable for non-performance due to force majeure. Valve's technical failures and game unavailability are not such circumstances: they give rights under section 9 and do not deprive the Customer of the right to withdraw from the agreement under section 16.
20. Tips and additional options
Tips are a voluntary increase in the cost of the Service that the Customer pays to the Contractor as a separate action. The Contractor takes them into account in settlements with the Booster. The Contractor accepts the payment in its own name and issues a proof of payment for it.
Tips are not automatically included in the Order amount and are not offered with a pre-ticked box.
Tips are refunded by the Contractor under section 17 regardless of whether they have been transferred to the Booster. The Contractor's settlements with the Booster do not affect the refund period or amount.
Additional options are included in the price only if the Customer explicitly chose them before payment. Amounts charged without the Customer's explicit consent are refunded in full within 10 days.
21. Reviews
After the Order is confirmed, the Customer may leave a review. The review is published on the Website immediately after it is sent.
The Contractor may hide an already published review if it contains personal data of third parties, insults, threats, obscene language, advertising, spam or information about an order that did not take place. A negative rating of the Service, criticism of the timing, price and support work are not grounds for hiding.
The Contractor informs the Customer in the Order that a review has been hidden and states the reason. The Customer may correct the review and send it again.
The Contractor does not restrict the Customer's right to speak about the Service outside the Website. Refunds and dispute resolution are not conditional on withdrawing a review.
22. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Personal Data Processing Policy: https://deadboost.com/privacy. The Policy is available before data collection begins.
Data needed to perform the agreement is processed on the basis of the agreement. Analytics and mailings — only with the Customer's separate consent. Consent to analytics is given in the cookie banner and can be withdrawn in the cookie settings on the Website; the withdrawal procedure is described in the Policy.
Agreeing to this Offer is not consent to advertising messages and does not replace consent to data processing for analytics purposes.
To provide the Service, the Customer's data is shared with the engaged Booster to the extent needed to fulfil the Order, on the basis of a processing instruction.
23. Changes to the Offer
The Contractor may change the Offer. A new version is published on the Website with a number and date.
A new version applies only to Orders placed after its publication. A paid Order is governed by the version in effect at the time of payment. The Contractor does not unilaterally change the terms of an Order in progress — the price, the contents of the Service and the time.
Continuing to use the Website is not consent to a new version. Consent is expressed by acceptance when placing a new Order.
24. Applicable law and dispute resolution
The agreement is governed by the law of Georgia — the country where the Contractor is registered.
The choice of Georgian law does not deprive the Customer of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of the law of their country of residence. Where those rules give the Customer more rights, they apply.
A dispute is heard by the court at the Contractor's location in Georgia, or by the court at the Customer's place of residence where the mandatory rules of the law of their country of residence give them that right.
A pre-trial procedure is not a mandatory condition for going to court.
The agreement is concluded in Russian. Translations into other languages are for information only: if they differ, the Russian text applies.
Legally significant communications are sent to the Contractor at contact@deadboost.com and to the Customer in the order chat and at the email address in the Personal account. A communication is deemed delivered once it has reached the addressee.
