What a session buys you
Every session is built around a deliverable, not a timer. A replay review takes one or two of your recent matches and turns them into a list of concrete mistakes - lane positioning, item timings, rotations, Urn and Midboss calls - ranked by how much rank each one is costing you. A live duo session puts the coach in your games, calling decisions as they happen. A hero deep dive covers one hero's matchups, builds and power spikes. After each session you get a written plan: what to drill, in what order, and how to tell it's working.
Sessions run over voice; the coach agrees on the time and the channel in the order chat, and between sessions you can keep asking questions right there. Hours from one order can be split across several days.
Who the coaches are and who this is for
Coaches are Eternus and Ascendant players who verify their rank by Steam ID before taking orders - you're not buying advice from an anonymous "expert". Coaching is the right call if you're stuck at one rank with a positive winrate, want to master a specific hero, or are prepping for the new season. It's also the one service where your account is never touched and Valve's rules aren't in play: you play every match yourself, and the rank grows with the skill. The rate is $30 per hour, with only the Priority option on top.

A booster takes the order
A booster with a matching peak rank. In Piloted they sign in via a QR code you approve in the Steam app (no password needed), play behind a VPN of your region, with your account set to appear offline.
Track the progress
Chat with the booster right inside the order, progress pulled from the game automatically, streaming on request.
Confirm the result
Check your rank and close the order. No reply within 72 hours — the order confirms automatically.

How many hours do I need?

Do I hand over my account?
No. Coaching involves no account access at all - you play every match yourself. It's the only service with zero exposure to Valve's boosting rules.
Can I split the hours?
Yes. Hours from one order are scheduled across as many sessions as you and the coach agree on in the order chat.
How do I know the coach is actually Eternus?
Every coach verifies their peak rank by Steam ID before they can take orders, and you see the verified rank on the order.
