Questions & answers

FAQ

Didn't find your answer — write in the order chat, support sees every conversation.

What's the difference between Piloted and Duo?

In Piloted a booster plays on your account while you go about your day. In Duo you play yourself, in one party with the booster, and never hand over the account. Duo costs more: the booster has to carry the game for two. Duo is available for rank boost, win boost and ranked unlock; placements are Piloted only.

Can my account get banned?

No: nobody has been banned for boosting in Deadlock, there is no precedent. And we keep your account careful on top of that: a VPN matching your region, appear-offline mode, no cheats and no third-party software — ever.

How long does it take?

Depends on the rank gap. The calculator shows an estimate; the exact ETA is set by the booster when they take the order. The Priority option cuts it by about a third.

How does the booster access my account?

Only in Piloted, and never with a password — via QR. The booster opens Steam's QR sign-in on their client and sends the code to your order page; you scan it in the Steam app (Steam Guard → Scan QR) and approve the sign-in. Your login and password are never shared, which is why the Steam Guard mobile authenticator is required. The QR lives for 10 minutes and is deleted as soon as the sign-in is confirmed. When the work is done, tap “Sign out on all devices” in Steam Guard settings to end the booster's session. Duo and coaching never require account access at all.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Until the order is confirmed, you can open a dispute right inside it. Support reviews the chat and the order's match history and settles it, up to a partial or full refund.

How do I pay?

With PayPal — from your PayPal balance or a card linked to it; you pay on PayPal's side, we never see or store your card details. Or with crypto through the OxaPay service: USDT, BTC, ETH, TON and more coins, no fee.
