A janky but honest attempt at recreating the concept video DEADLOCK if it had a match intro made by energumunculo_art inside the actual deadlock game because I rlly ended up liking it.
How it works:
Before every match you get the eye intro, a card for each player and your lane, then the normal “Joining the fight as” screen or directly in game if all players are already loaded by the time it finishes playing.
You can use space to skip the cutscene.
Warning: This mod is only my second ever deadlock mod. Its very experimental, made for fun, and probs jank. Also you may land in the 30 sec intermission before the cutscene finishes, in which case you can either watch the rest of it or if you need to lane swap, skip with space.
