Better HitMarker Fixed

This is a fixed version of Better HitMarker by Saltiplouf, updated to work with the current Deadlock build.

All credit for the hitmarker design goes to the original author. I only rebased their changes onto the latest game files.

What was broken
The original mod ships a full copy of the crosshair style file (element_gun) from an old game build. Valve has since added new HUD elements to that file that are hidden by default, but the old copy doesn't know about them, so they were always visible:
- "Auto fire" text constantly shown above your hero
- "Healing Needles" text constantly shown above your hero
- outdated parry icon styles

What was fixed
The author's changes were re-applied on top of Valve's current element_gun file, so all new HUD elements work as intended and everything else stays exactly like the original mod.

Features (same as the original)
- smaller hitmarkers: 8x2px with an 8px offset
- hitmarker color #ececec, yellow crit hitmarkers
- subtle shadow on hitmarkers
- black outline on the hit arc
- cleaner crosshair colors
- compatibility with QoL HUD mods

Installation
Install with Deadlock Mod Manager, or drop the .vpk into Deadlock/game/citadel/addons like any other mod. Remove the original Better HitMarker first, since both replace the same file.

Compatibility
Conflicts with any other mod that replaces the crosshair / element_gun style file.
