Deadlock Vietnamese Translation (Việt Hóa)

Full Vietnamese translation of Deadlock, in Southern Vietnamese.

Quick Installation (for the lazies)

1. Download the zip and extract all of it.

2. Double-click **CaiDat - Install.bat**.

3. Start Deadlock.

The installer finds your Deadlock folder, copies the files and adds the launch option `-language vietnamese`. If Steam is open it will ask you to close it first, or copy the option so you can paste it yourself.

Manual install

1. Steam > right-click Deadlock > Manage > Browse local files. Drag the `game` folder from the zip into it and choose Replace.

2. Steam > right-click Deadlock > Properties > General > Launch Options, enter:

   -language vietnamese

Uninstall

Double-click **GoCaiDat - Uninstall.bat**, or remove `-language vietnamese` from the launch options.

Notes

- Use the normal Download button, not 1-Click Install. Grimoire and Deadlock Mod Manager only install .vpk files, so they can't install this. The mod works fine alongside other .vpk mods.
- If item names are still English: Settings > turn off "Tên trang bị tiếng Anh" (English item names).
- If the public builds list is empty: Settings > set "Ngôn ngữ lối lên đồ phụ" (Alternate hero build language) to English.
- Game updates don't remove the mod. New text Valve adds shows in English until the mod is updated. After "Verify integrity of game files" in Steam, run the installer again.
