Rat King Ult - Hail to the King

Rat King's ultimate now plays Avenged Sevenfold's "Hail to the King", timed to what the ult is doing:

• Cast (2 s wind-up): the drum fill leading into the riff, cut to exactly the cast delay
• Charging with the flag: a seamless loop of the heavy riff that lasts as long as your charge
• Planting the flag: the full chorus, "Hail to the King! Hail to the one! Kneel to the crown! Stand in the sun!", over the original plant thud
• The flag's buildup is muted. The eruption and the rat swarm keep their original sounds at a lower volume, so the chorus stays on top.

Only Rat King's ult sounds are touched. The music is stored as uncompressed PCM, so it starts on the exact game tick and the charge loop has no gap. Client-side only: other players hear the normal ult.

Install: use Deadlock Mod Manager, or put pak62_dir.vpk in game/citadel/addons (rename it if another mod already uses pak62).

Note: the package also contains a modified soundevents/hero/ratking.vsndevts_c (volumes and lengths). Other mods that change Rat King's sound events will conflict with it.
