Billy A3 sound replacement - World Wide Noise

the purpose of this mod is to replace the sound of billy's third ability, "Blasted", with the track World Wide Noise by ClascyJitto, from the OST of the Noise Update of Pizza Tower. 

it also replaces the sound of the leadup of the blasted ability (not billy's voiceline, not the bottle breaking, but the sound of the lead-in to the blasted ability being activated) with the "bring the noize" sample from the track in question. it's not exact by any means, but i've pitch shifted it in audacity by ear to the best of my non-musically-inclined ability.

the music is set to loop, and the loop begins at three different places in the track, one at the beginning, one at about 40 seconds into the track, and one at about 1:15 into the track. the audio preview attached to the mod plays the loop that begins at my personal favorite part of the track, the latter of these three.
