Gray Talon Enemy Chaser from Metal Slug

This changes Grey Talon's ultimate activation sound effect into Metal Slug's enemy chaser.

It also changes the owl flying sound into "Into the Sky" (First theme of MS3 final mission: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c1ck2BkfsIM), and the explosion sound, to fit.

The music does speed up when the owl speeds up, i couldn't figure out a way to change that, so if you know how to, please let me know.
