Halo Shield Sound Victor Ult

Halo Shield Sound over Victor Ult. The sound is overlayed with Victor's regular ult sounds, and the shield charge sound lines up with the Victor ult health recharge.

Note: Preview may seem loud but the ult sound is balanced with victor's other abilities and will adjust to whatever your sound settings are set to.

I made this for myself and chose to post so don't expect any updates. I've tested and it should work with Victor skins assuming they don't change sound files, but I haven't tested interactions with mods that replace sounds.

Follow the readme.txt it should have everything you need.
