Guilty Gear XX SFX Pack

So far, replaces:

• Air Jump
• Air dash
• Dash jump (superjump)
• Wall jump (faust normal jump)
• Heavy melee charge (forcebreak)
• Melee impact
• Parry cast (dead angle)
• Parry success (slashback)
• Failed cast/action
• Infuser, Vamp. Burst, Refresher, Echo Shard cast (overdrive)
• Character select hover and confirm
• Some main menu sounds
• Party join sound (here comes daredevil announcer line)
• Title screen has an announcer line (it was how i made sure it loaded but now i kinda like it)

Grounded dash are downsampled mono versions of the vanilla dashes. GG doesn't have a great equivalent and I wanted something that wouldn't be jarring to listen to. 

Music replacement mod soon... (i still dont know how to change music playback behavior.)

Modifies soundevents to avoid sound reuse and to mix audio per source. Namely: player.vsndevts, ui.vsndevts. Will conflict with any mod that changes or replaces said files.
