BRYNDICTA — replaces Vindicta's model with a photoreal scan of Bryn in a black hoodie.
Full custom mesh riding Vindicta's original skeleton and animations: flying, rifle, ult — everything works. 4K photogrammetry-derived textures. Her gun, hitboxes, camera and attachments are untouched (fair-play compliant: only custom vmdl/vmat/vtex files are shipped).
Known quirks: face is rigid (Vindicta has no facial bones), fingers animate as mittens. Client-side only — only people with the mod installed see Bryn.
