Heavy & Scout

I had this come to me in a sleep deprived state. It's Heavy and Scout over Mo and Krill.

The portraits and icons are in their own seperate zips. 
May undo this later but I wanted to allow people to keep using their preferred icons if desired.

This is one of my first times modding this game so please tell me if there's any issues or feedback to give.
