Sandwolf Silver

A step further from my previous mod

Puts Silver into Haze's OSIC uniform, and transforms her into the foggy sandman-like entity that mama Haze is

Affects human form and wolfy form, animated black smoke materials for both

Uses vanilla materials for everything apart from Lycan's body, so should be compatible with retextures

plans:
- redo the lycan body to use vanilla materials?
- top bar icons
- match clothing on wolfy form to the human form better?
- physics
