A mod is for people with Trypanophobia or Bdellophobia or for those who just don't like needles and leeches. 

What the mod does:
  • Removes needle on Nurse Harrow's gun
  • Swapped leeches model with spike balls
  • Adjusts ability hud elements for Leech Therapy and Healing Needles
  • Changes map icons of leeches with spike balls
  • Replaces the icon for the item "Leech" with a spike ball
