Improved Visibility for Danny's Heat Gauge

In the heat of the moment it can be easy to forget that your jetpack is about to overheat. This mod does a couple of things:

• Brightens and improves the contrast of the heat gauge 
• Scaling it up just a smidge
• The number also changes color based on your heat level, becoming yellow at 35%, and red at 67%

Known issues:

After overheating the number stays red/yellow as it cools down, this is a minor gripe I'd like to fix eventually.
