What this mod does is disables many post-processing effects across the game increasing performance when performing these abilities in & out of fights.

What's Changed: 

• Abilities across almost all heroes have had a lot of their dust, debris, and excess particle effects removed

• Some of the new Lighting introduced by City Never Sleeps has been disabled

Disclaimer: This mod is very much in beta and there may be some things you won't like or find too extreme. But it fully works and its mostly feature complete. Quick fixes/updates are not guaranteed as I already maintain two other projects.
