Solomon Xiangqi — Chinese Chess Pieces

Solomon Xiangqi — Chinese Chess Pieces
Author: wudong

Replace Solomon’s chess pieces with traditional Chinese chess pieces: round wooden discs with bevelled edges and engraved red characters.

Bishop → 象
Rook → 车
Knight → 马
Queen → 将

Original hitboxes, attachment positions, model state configuration and break references are retained, including Rook’s original glow mesh. No hero ability scripts or particle files are replaced.

Installation:
Close Deadlock. In Deadlock Mod Manager, open Mods Library → Add Local Mod, import the ZIP or VPK, and enable it. Avoid loading another mod that replaces the same pieces.

Compatibility:
All four pieces were confirmed to display correctly in the author’s local test on build 25841406. Manager-only installation and all skill stages have not yet been fully verified. The shorter pieces retain the original hitboxes and effect attachment heights.
