Bebop Laser Pointer

This mod aims to fix bebops laser by making it more responsive and less distracting.

Bebops laser is hitscan, despite the visuals implying that you would need to lead your shots on a moving target in order for the laser to make contact. This mod will eliminate the trailing effect, but with some minor tradeoffs. See tradeoffs below.

The particle effects on enemy collision seem a little off.

I do not think it's possible to have a perfect laser in the current state of the game, but this mod makes it pretty close. Devs, please fix.
