Baggy Billy

Updated billy to have baggier pants since i thought his skinny legs were silly (Modified Victors pants) tucked in his shirt, color tweaks to unify his color pallete, and a sling on his smg for the lols (optional Please look at alternate downloads)

EDIT:
seems like new update has busted some sounds / socket stuff with the mod, ill try to roll out a fix soonish

older edit: Billy has gotten new walk cycles and it makes the sling look terrible id reccomend not using sling versions untill i can rework the physics to look better.
