Vyper Propeller Hat

UPDATED for Violet patch that for some reason messed up all modded camera positions

Skin mod for vyper/viper/kali that gives her a silly little propeller hat (that doesn't move idk how to do that), and changes her gun to swirly lollipop colors!

Currently working on adding propeller spin animation, it's much more complicated than I thought
