De-Playdough Shiv (Old Textures/Detail Restored)

I like Shiv, I think his design is really cool. I've been so miffed for so long that they took out so much of his detail in a way that left him looking like a toy. I remembered I still have old builds on my PC and swiped those materials and textures up and packed them all into a mod.
