Ed, Edd n Eddy Melee Impacts

Changes all impact sounds caused by melees to create a sound effect from the Cartoon Network show Ed, Edd n Eddy.

This was originally created by JadJoker, however it was removed as it also changed the sound of a heavy melee being charged which causes a competitive benefit. It was an optional file, they also supplied a version that didn't include the charge sound, and that version is the one I preferred. Unfortunately, they have never re-uploaded the mod with just that file so I, a person who still has the source file, chose to do it for them. If they re-upload the mod themself I will remove this re-upload so the original creator can have full credit. I want to be clear: this does not use the charge sound from that original mod, it only changes the impact sounds when a melee hits.
