Ratt for Rat King

That's right: now you can have Ratt playing while you charge and plant your Ratannia flag on *the* Rat King! I've had this idea since Rat King came out, and I finally decided to just sit down and learn how to make it.

This mod plays some segments of "Round and Round" by Ratt over the charge and slam down of Rat King's ult.

I did the looping for the charge myself, and I added a sort-of "AM Radio" effect to the clip during the flag plant to preserve the feeling of the original ult.

This is my first mod, so I hope you like it :)
