Description
From the author, in the original language.
I found some old sounds from a favorite Twomad video before the controversy, and decided to use them to make an uncommon mod for Billy, as there aren't many that add funny sounds to his ultimate.
Changes Billy's ultimate to a combination various videos, primarily Twomad's "African Warlord Castle" for the cast, timer and pull,
"guy opens burger and yells", posted by T-1000 also on cast
And "Skip Bayless choking meme" posted by Wgxter on chain sound effect.
