Rat King Ult - Armed & Dangerous

Rat King's ultimate now plays King Von's "Armed & Dangerous", timed to what the ult is doing:

• Cast (2 s wind-up): the song's intro beat, cut to exactly the cast delay
• Charging with the flag: a seamless loop of the intro beat (no vocals) that lasts as long as your charge
• Planting the flag: the beat drops into the hook, "Police steady watching me... Red alert, I'm armed and dangerous...", over the original plant thud
• The flag's buildup is muted. The eruption and the rat swarm keep their original sounds at a lower volume, so the hook stays on top.

Only Rat King's ult sounds are touched. The music is stored as uncompressed PCM, so it starts on the exact game tick and the charge loop has no gap. Client-side only: other players hear the normal ult.

Install: use Deadlock Mod Manager, or put pak63_dir.vpk in game/citadel/addons (rename it if another mod already uses pak63).

Note: the package also contains a modified soundevents/hero/ratking.vsndevts_c (volumes and lengths). It conflicts with other mods that change Rat King's ult sounds, so enable only one of them.
