Adds Tenebre Rosso Sangue and Event Horizon (Reach for the Sun and BURN! BURN! BURN!) (only the lead-up for the latter) to Billy's blasted ability. Both are increased in volume to a degree they make anything else almost inaudible.
Additionally due to the increased volume, a fall-off has been added, meaning if you play against Billy you won't hear Ultrakill music until he's almost in melee range towards you.
