Senator Armstrong - Abrams Voice Overhaul

Uses AI Generated content.

A full voice overhaul for Abrams, covering every line of dialogue (roughly 1500) and converting them to sound as close to Senator Armstrong as possible.

Please use in conjunction with the parent mod, "Senator Armstrong | Abrams Skin" uploaded by Grelgn.

Most voice lines were automatically converted using RVC (Retrieval-based Voice Conversion) with a Senator Armstrong voice model at -2  pitch. Some lines may have minor artifacts or slightly off pitch, but the majority sound great!

Edit: Technically RVC qualifies as AI Generated content under GameBanana's AI Policy, as such I've added the appropriate markings.
