Ghost Rider Infernus

Turns Infernus into Ghost Rider

I rigged the model to Infernus's animations and built his burning skull out of Infernus's own fire, so it flickers and glows the way Infernus's head does. He's got new portraits and a hero select card too.

There's also an optional bike add-on in the downloads. With it he rides his Hell Cycle during Flame Dash. If he goes off a ledge mid-dash he falls on foot and gets back on the bike when he lands. It needs the skin installed.

Turn off any other Infernus skins first. If an update breaks him, disable it until I fix it.
