Jetstream Sam over Yamato

Bring Jetstream Sam from Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance to Deadlock as a replacement for Yamato.

What’s included

• Jetstream Sam’s character model, adapted for Yamato.
• Sam’s sword and sheath.

Inspiration

While looking for Yamato skins, I came across a Raiden skin. I looked through several others too, but none of them quite felt like the right fit for Yamato to me.

Seeing Raiden gave me an idea: what about Jetstream Sam from Metal Gear Rising? His sword-drawing attacks and fighting style felt like a perfect match for Yamato, so I decided to make this mod.

Future plans

This is the first release. I plan to add Sam’s voice lines, character portraits and icons, a custom hero selection screen and background, music, and character name changes in future updates.

This version has been tested in-game. If you encounter any issues, please leave a comment.
