Neon Harrow | Glowing leeches and neon arrow

Tired of losing your leeches?

Fed leeches on the floor are hard to see, and the little arrow over them fades out right when you walk up to them. This mod fixes that:

- leeches glow bright red
- a big neon arrow hangs over every pile you can pick up
- the arrow stays visible up close

Everything else on Harrow is untouched. Visual only, no gameplay changes.
