Dante from DMC5 as Shiv

DANTE (DMC5) FOR SHIV

Shiv becomes Dante from Devil May Cry 5.

- Dante's DMC5 model

- Rebellion held over his shoulder

- Coyote-A replaces Shiv's gun, and its barrels break open when you reload

- Dante's voice for ability casts, kills, killstreaks, pain and death, and hero select (voice pack by Himawari963)

- A Devil May Cry style rank meter replaces the rage bar: D up to SSS

- Dante's own hero art: top-bar portraits (normal, hurt, on fire), icons and a new select pose

- Two versions: Hat (Doctor Faust hat) or No Hat

INSTALL

Deadlock Mod Manager: install it and choose Hat or No Hat.

Manual: put pak63_dir.vpk from your chosen zip into Deadlock\game\citadel\addons. If you already have a pak63_dir.vpk, rename this one to a free number (pak64_dir.vpk...).

RANK METER MUSIC (optional)

Subhuman fades in as your rage builds and gets louder up to SSS, every rank change gets a sting, and the DMC announcer calls each new rank. Deadlock's HUD can't play custom audio, so this runs in a small window next to the game:

1. Steam > right-click Deadlock > Properties > Launch Options > add  -condebug

2. Download Dante_Shiv_Rage_Meter_Sound_OPTIONAL.zip and unzip it anywhere.

3. Double-click "Start Dante Music.bat" before you play. Leave the window open; close it to stop. If Windows warns about the file, click More info > Run anyway.

Nothing gets installed: it finds Deadlock through Steam and follows your in-game music volume. Fine-tune it in settings.json.

The sound zip isn't a mod version, so don't pick it as your version in the mod manager.
