Fixes bugs reported in https://forums.playdeadlock.com/threads/rem-tag-along-camera-is-extremely-jittery.175915 where camera movement is both locked in place during the transition, and the camera jitters badly when attached to someone.
Might be compatible with model mods but I haven't tested? It might change what it looks like but it should not break anything
