Softer New York map

I made this mod because I have a really bad eye strain/headaches playing on the new map.

The mod only changes saturation/contrast/brightness of materials and dials down some light sources so the game has a more uniform/warm lighting and doesn't have as much contrast. Visually the game is 99% the same but is much much easier on eyes.

On screenshots you may see that fog/haze is essentially gone although it will still be present in online matches. Not sure why but perhaps you could disable it with ConVars in the game's config.
