Archive of dl_streets since as of the "City Never Sleeps" major update, it's been removed from the main game.
Functionality of it: works, the new patch readded the third nav hull which fixed minion waves ignoring objectives other than shrines/patron. All camps are replaced with Gutter Ghouls 1-3, however any camp with a tier 3 with other tiers all got reduced to t2. I didn't have much time to test this but it appears to function fine. Report any issues you find in the comments please.
