dl_harbor (WIP)

PRIMARY FEATURES:
- Two lanes: One upper lane (Bank) and one lower lane (Ship / Harbor)
- Vaults: A central lighthouse illuminates a vault, and after one minute when the ethereal hand descends, it opens to reveal a large number of souls to claim and fight over
- Increased Economy: faster camp spawns, surplus of crates and faster crate / idol spawns, soul vaults
- The S.S. Baroness - A custom ult to experience with Doorman's ult
- Earned movement: As guardians and walkers are killed by your team, your teams gains access to jumppads towards the opposing team!
- Custom Art

KNOWN BUGS:
- Archmother players often will have to leave the match and come back at the start to be able to move
- Midtown minimap is displayed
- Veils will block some abilities (No workaround at this time)
- Troopers will sometimes bypass the shrines and gather around the patron
- Zipline in lanes do not stay neutral at the beginning of the game
- Some lights will flicker on and off
- Drawing / Pinging on the map is offset

TO INSTALL AND TEST THE MAP:

1. Put the VPK file in common/Deadlock/game/citadel/maps
2. Press f7 and type 'map dl_harbor' and hit enter

NOTE: To play with others (and without several weird interactions, crashes, etc.) a Deadworks server should be used. Other methods such as connecting to the A:1# may cause issues.
