Silver Shot | Rate of Fire timing

This mod is designed for slow rate of fire characters like Silver but will work with any character. 

This will change your ammo's color based on if you can shoot at the current time or not. 
Green = Good to shoot.
Yellow = Average human reaction time buffer, press when you see it
Red = Can not shoot (or out of ammo)

No longer works while sliding due to changes in the stat visualizations. I will work on seeing if thats possible another way later.
