[CNS UPDATE] Minecraft Health Bar: RESPAWNED

Have you ever thought to yourself, "Man, Deadlock is nice, but I wish the health bar was replaced with a Minecraft one?" You haven't thought that? Well, too bad! Introducing...

Minecraft Health Bar: RESPAWNED

This mod Minecraft-izes various parts of the Deadlock HUD. Features include, but are not limited to:

• Health Bar converted to Minecraft hearts (works with regen health from Healing Rite as well as deferred health from Shiv) 
• Barrier Bar converted to absorption hearts
• Hunger bar displays stamina
• XP bar displays boon level and progress towards next level
• Ability and active items displayed in inventory hotbar

This mod should work properly on 16x9, 16x10, and 21x9 aspect ratios. If you have any issues or suggestions, please leave a comment. I'll try to read as many as I can.
