NovaNikky - Billy Remodel

Billy's out, Nikky's in. This mod swaps Billy's model for NovaNikky, my fursona: a casual, clothed F.O.L.F. (fox/wolf hybrid) with a punk, slightly chaotic streak. She shows up in Veronica violet, maize yellow and midnight teal, and yes, she still brings the bat.

Cosmetic only and client-side: abilities, hitboxes and gameplay are untouched, and only you see the new model.

Two versions

Pick one of the two downloads. They replace the same hero, so only run one at a time.

 
• Casual (pak77_dir.zip): Nikky in her sweater and techwear pants.
 
• No clothes (pak77_dir_nude.zip): the plain Novabeast base body with no outfit, like the default version of my Space Engineers 2 mod. Same fit, bat, tail, portraits and UI.

Features

 
• Full model replacement for Billy, fitted to Billy's own skeleton, so all of his animations work
 
• Keeps Billy's bat (visible, swinging as usual) and his gun
 
• Tail posed down and to the left so it stays out of the over-the-shoulder camera
 
• Billy's animation sounds still play
 
• High-res textures with LODs

What's changed

 
• Model: Billy → NovaNikky
 
• Top-bar portraits and Hero-select nameplate: all hand-drawn cards by @kibytsart
 
• Hero-select nameplate: a ransom-note style "NiKky" logo replaces Billy's name logo
 
• Icons: new hero grid tile, small hero icon and minimap icon
 
• Hero-select screen: backdrop recoloured to her palette, with the pink graffiti tinted violet

Conflicts & notes

 
• Only run one Billy skin at a time. If two mods touch Billy, the one with the lower pak number wins.
 
• Already have a pak77? Rename this file to any free number (e.g. pak42_dir.vpk). Keep the _dir.vpk ending.
 
• Both versions are named pak77_dir.vpk; don't install both. To switch, disable or delete one before enabling the other.
 
• They're big files (about 230 MB casual, 200 MB no-clothes) because of the high-res textures and LODs.
