Gilded Albino RatKing + particles (violet update)

A white gold and red(purple version now available!) recolor of the RatKing!
Lightens the fur, adds red eyes on him and the rats along with changing the metals on all his gear and abilities to be gold.
His default abilities are gold/yellow so they match already but i will include my red particles from my Scarlet RatKing mod for convenience <3

--this will work with other mods that change his flag as long as the OTHER MOD is at a HIGHER position than my Scarlet RatKing mod. so install your flag first, then my mod after
--gilded ratking version MUST be at a HIGHER priority when used alongside another texture mod
