Australium "Biquette" (Gold Billy Gun + Bat)

Changes the material for Billy's gun and bat to be golden and shiny just like the Australium weapons in TF2. Only changes gun and bat material, does not change any model files, so reskins and model swaps will still work fine as long as the gun or bat model is not changed. If you have issues with this, check your mod order.
