Black Metalhead Billy

***THIS MOD IS CURRENTLY BROKEN DUE TO THE CITY NEVER SLEEPS UPDATE***

I have recently had to replace my SSD and while I had backed up all of my mods, I am currently unmotivated at this point. Maybe I might remake this mod since I've started playing more again, who knows. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The first of many skins I will upload for the awesome game Deadlock.
A skin for Billy that turns him into a black metal fan. Complete with black metal face paint and a mostly all black outfit with details that fit within Deadlock's world.

His bat and gun are untouched but I will update them soon.

Thank you scarycats2347 for helping me get custom icons working.

Includes:

Custom icons including Crit, Killstreaks.

Custom hero background.

USING DEADLOCK MOD MANAGER IS RECOMMENDED!!!
